About these terms

These terms apply to the public website at tracesystems.uk operated by TRACE SYSTEMS LTD (Company No. 17445050; registered office: 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA). By using this site you agree to these terms.

These are not a software licence. Licences for Parts Search, Parts Catalogue look-up, 3D Catalogue, the Private AI Fault Finding Assistant and related services are agreed by quotation and written contract with the customer.

What the site is for

The site describes Trace products and lets you contact us. The 3D demo uses a sample mini crawler / outrigger-style assembly with sample part codes. It is not OEM or customer data and is not a live production catalogue.

Accuracy

We try to keep information accurate and up to date. Product capability, availability and configuration depend on the agreed build. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance without a written quotation and contract.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding and the sample demo assets belong to Trace or our licensors. You may view and use the site for ordinary browsing and enquiries. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer the demo beyond normal use, or present Trace materials as your own.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site — for example by attempting unauthorised access, overloading the service, or submitting unlawful or abusive content via forms or email.

Liability

The site is provided as a marketing and contact channel. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of (or inability to use) the public site, including reliance on demo content. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
